Video music micro-licencing service Rumblefish has been acquired by for-profit performing rights organization SESAC. Details of the deal were not announced. Rumblefish will operate as an independent subsidiary of SESAC with founder Paul Anthony Troiano continuing to serve as President and CEO. SESAC is calling the acquisition a key element of their "pursuit of a broader vision within music licensing across multiple rights categories and license-types."
