MakeMusic will move HQ out of Minnesota; CEO steps down

    FYI

"MakeMusic Inc.'s CEO stepped down following a restructuring that makes the software firm part of a Colorado-based company."

"... eventually move MakeMusic's headquarters to Boulder ..."

If a company takes over another one, like MM did with Garritan, can it then say that the new one "is the creator" of Garritan sound libraries? It is the owner, yes, but not the creator!!!!! See that pdf document, second page.

I don't care where they go or what they do as long as their Finale program gets fixed. Working for a "common" boss that overseas other industrial products is not my idea of guiding a music publishing and recording music software program.

Hope everything works out alright, but it will take a lot of communication and cooperation to fully obtain MakeMusic's goals and objectives.
