    Thanks Bruce, and everyone else for your comments. I thought the question about an \"ideal curriculum\" was a good one. Perhaps others could add to my list with things they thought could be of help to young performers and composers.

    Nice interview Jeff. Thanks for answering our questions. I also went to Stan Kenton camps (4) during summers (the Peter Erskine, Bob Curnow years). What a great experience that was. To hear that band play every night then play student compositions later in the week. Fond memories.

    I like your idea about chamber music in film. I think it would really give a composer a whole other tool when contrasted with a full orchestra. I wonder if smaller mediums aren\'t used in \"big\" films as much because, well, \"if you have a full orchestra available, why not use it all the time\" thinking.
