dvd drive wont read gos dvd version

ive pondered for weeks now on which library to get and finally settled on gos 2-disk dvd set which arrived this morning but i cannot get my dvd drive to even acknowlege the disks have been inserted.

has anyone else experienced this, does anyone have any ideas???
    i have win xp and a lite-on dvd ltd-165h

    regards

Yes on my Mac with DVD-RAM drive it wouldn\'t recognise them. I just put the disc in and the Mac spits them straight back out again. You\'ll have to contact Gary and get it replaced with the 20 CD version I\'m afraid.

    <font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana, Arial\">Paul,

There are two different standards among DVD drives. They are not always compatible as advertised.

Please call me and I\'ll send a 20 CD replacement to you.
