    can\'t reach [email]gary@harps.com[/email]

    Hi, last friday i received a mail from gary@harps.com because some info was missing for my GPO order.
    I replied it but the mail was returned twice after 4 days with this error:

    <font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana, Arial\">also tried to pm gary here, but his pm inbox is full

    any idea of how to solve this?

    Compose a new email with the information instead of replying. That seems like it is causing the problem. I have had no problem communicating with gary through harps.com. Or, you could call him from the number on the garritan site. They are extremely helpful and great to do business with. Good luck!

    Often there can be spam filters on your server or ours that may block email from getting through. I\'ll ask my ISP to look into it.

    In the meantime, I made some room in my PM box here on Northern Sounds. Try PM again. Also, feel free to call.
