Graphic Windows - Velocity and Modulation

Hi,
I\'m using Overture 3.5.1 with GPO Studio.
When using Violin Shirt Bow I noticed that if I\'m editing a part in Overture Graphic Windows volume is related to velocity and not to modulation (cc#1). Is this because in Graphic Windows there is an automatic conversion in place ?
Is it supposed to work like this ?

Sorry.
I checked the documentation and for Short Bows volume is controlled by velocity.
