    Idoits guide to portamento???

    Hey everyone,

OK, I know someone explained this very well a while back (and I have a suspision that it was Adam Buford! :-) ), but can someone explain to me again how to get slides in the strings? I\'ve been trying to do this, and I am failing miserably, along with my self-esteem! DOH!!!

Also, Francesco\'s Flash tutorial should be out soon and I\'m almost positive he\'s covered this in there...

I believe it\'s control #20 for the portamento, but I\'m not infront of GPO right now and have a horrible memory when it comes to numbers.

This would be most interesting for I have tried it once or twice in the past. I have resorted to actually playing in the slides in the mix. Not bad but it takes time for me cause I\'ve been only playing for two months now.
Some of it is pretty funny though. Kind of like Jack Benny in the mix!
