Big Problem with World Instruments plugin

    Hey!
I use Cubase, and just bought the new Garritan plugin for the instruments.
Anyways, the moment i Installed it and verified it, it has been crashing my protools.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
I need to keep working, but i am having big problems with Cubase now!
    Please let me know.

    Thanks so much!

I assume you're just referring to Cubase when you mentioned " my protools". Avid's Protools is also a DAW, though mostly used for studio recording.

Besides there being a software compatbility issue, you could also have an issue with some of your computer's memory. Try some A-B testing with other software instrumets and sample hosts, attaining similar pressure on you memory modules to see if the issue can be duplicated.

If so then the issue is not with World Instruments. If not, I would then test the computer's memory with a utility to make sure it's good. I'd also test the hard drive that World Instruments and the other samples are being accessed from but that's probably a long shot.
