    Guitarists' Comments Sought

I did not post this to the listening room because my purpose is to solicit comments on notation and playability.

The links are to two versions written long ago by me. I recently became interested in them again. To me, the tablature looks correct and playable. But a competent guitarist might think otherwise. I am therefore amenable to suggestions regarding playability and notation.

    Hi.

Just time for a quick look through at the moment.

The first piece is generally ok until bars 229-231. There are chords that require a stretch from fret 2 on the second string to fret 8 on the 6th string which is not possible for most (if any) guitarists due to the distance that the hand would have to span over the fretboard, especially as the notes are played in one chord and not arpeggio to allow the hand to move (which would still prove difficult).

I'll have a proper look when I have more time. Nice piece though and I'm sure an alternative can be found by substituting the shape.

    Regards.
    Mike.

    Thanks, Mike.

I will examine the bars you mentioned

Edit: Repairs accomplished. Just needed to alter D7 chords in both locations.
