I just saw this note over on the Echo Audio site:
\"GigaStudio: This driver supports GSIF; however, right now GigaStudio does not run on Windows 2000 or XP. That means that if you want to run GigaStudio with this driver, you have to run on Windows ME. You must install the latest GigaStudio patch (version 2.20.42 as of August 15, 2001).\"
Does this patch actually exist? If so, has Nemesys published anything on its availablity?

Is that because you get WDM and win 98 compatibility with ME ? I am running Win 98 SE and was hoping I could run Giga with no problems.... I hear so many horror stories about Win ME, no one at work will touch it ! Has it worked for you ? -Azure
In a phone conversation with joe at Nemesys just before they sold to Tascam , Joe told me win 98-2 or win lite are the best current op system to run with giga studio.
He said they were more stable than Millenium for giga studio.
