    Opening Credits - A composition I wrote

    Hi all!

I\'m a 19 year old composer from the Netherlands.
I\'ve composed a little demo using GOS, SAM, Westgate, LOP and others. I\'d like to have some comments on the arrangement.

    Hope you enjoy it!

I really liked this. Good job! I did think the bassoon seemed a bit too loud and sudden against the strings at the very beginning. Perhaps you could bring it in a little lower and then raise it as the piece progresses, and then you could raise backing strings just a bit the same way over the same period? Nothing major though. Very good! Is this for a film project?

Thanks for the feedback. I think you\'re right about the bassoon. It should be more in the mix there. Maybe I\'ll let it play mezzoforte instead of forte. I like the idea about the strings. I\'ll be working on that.
I wrote this just as an exercise, to improve my composing skills, and maybe I\'ll use it for getting into a school for composition.
