    New! Free! TenCrazy.com MFX AutoLegato

(For those of you with MFX-capable hosts...)

Greg Smith wrote to me with this request: "We GPO users need a midi plug that can detect that we're playing overlapped notes on our keyboard and can set the sustain pedal to 127 whenever we are." I'd been planning something like this for a while, so this was finally the kick in the pants I needed to make it happen!

You can get it (and other fun/useful stuff) here!

    Have fun,

Thanks - that is also useful for "sticky-fingers" me.

I hope Gary will post this utility on his site along with all the other useful ones.

I am glad you asked that question for those of us new to making music with computers.

MFX is Cakewalk's "MIDI FX" plugin spec. It processes MIDI events only.

Currently Cakewalk products (SONAR, ProAudio, HomeStudio, etc) are the only hosts that can use them natively, and Cubase SX/SL can use them through a wrapper.

So not everyone can use MFX, but I'm happy if even some of you can get use out of my stuff!
