Who else has brought out such a load of clever and useful progs?

I see that the system requirements are Windows 2000/XP. So this really doesn't work with Windows 98 SE?

anyone know if you can teleport a gigapc into VSTack?

it's not listed as a host, and my sequencer runs on a mac. can't wait for cross-platform support!

    Re: Gigastudio VST Adapter Released

    So, it looks like if you use FX-Teleport and the Giga VST Adapter, you wont need Giga Teleport at all. From what I can understand on the site;

Giga Teleport = run Giga only, not VST's across a network.
FX Teleport = run VST's only across a network.
Giga VST Adapter = run Giga in VST mode on the same machine only.

Giga VST Adapter (GVA) and FX-Teleport together = Run Giga and any VST's on the host or across the network. In this case, you wont need Giga Teleport.

    Hope I have this right.

I've downloaded the trial and tried to use it, but can't get it to work yet... Need to figure it out and read the manual more I guess.

Please help a fellow music maker...

Currently I have 1 sequencer computer which also has my VI's and then 3 Giga systems. I bounce these four seperate wave files into one for each peice...

    a) Will this new software be of any benefit to me? b) Can it make me avoid bouncing?

Ok... ive downloaded the demo. Got it to work.. FAR easier than MOL.

However when I exported I still only got the VI sound on my DAW and not the sounds from GS. Which means I would still have to Bounce.

However from what I gather on the website I should be able to avoid bouncing.

If not, then how does it differ from MOL (apart from being far easier to set up)?

    Re: Gigastudio VST Adapter Released

I downloaded the demo. After some fiddling, I got it to work within SONAR 3, but only for a few minutes. Then I would hear a loud crackling noise! After that, no sound at all. The only way to get sound again was to reboot the computer. This bug happens repeatedly on my system. Frustrating.

Any one else having a similar problem?
