Looking for audio samples for game music

now basically im looking for someone who can point me towards the direction of some complex middle eastern vocal loops/pads (can vocals come in pads?)

wether royalty free or custom, demos or anything else.

im creating some custom music for the Pirates mod for Homeworld2.

so far ive gotten a few good songs. the problem is that im trying to make music that is something close to the original games music (arabic-ish or middle eastern).

so far ive bought a couple of libraries...and with a bit of tweaking im hoping to make some good sounds. unfortunately without vocals theyre nothing. im hoping to get some tracks over to the converter guy by the end of the month so any assistance is greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance for any responses.

Hmmmm....I have just recently upgraded HW2 and returned to Homeworld II (My saves no longer worked! Arrrgh! But the section saves did work, thank goodness!) I just finished blowing through "Call of Duty" (great game) and wanted someone else to do the fighting for a change. The upgraded version of the SP game plays much better. A great game in every way except the sucky mission design. I was looking for the release of the HW2 mod tools on-line. Where are they? Maybe they are on the disk, so I will have to look.

I'm not sure but what about Ethno World or Ethno World 2 (Bestservice). Maybe they've got Vocals, too.

I've got the Ethno World 2 library. No vocals at all but a lot of ethno instruments and articulations.

On the cheap side: ProSamples Volume 8 "World Vocals" has loads of Indian vocal phrases. Also, ProSamples has a Flamenco volume and so does Soundscan, among others....Flamenco vocals are very influenced by North African/Arabic styles and would work well in a Middle Eastern context. New World Order also has some suitable stuff...

I don't have any personal experience with the library, but there are some Turkish vocal samples listed as part of the library Voices of Istanbul by Q-UP Arts.
