    Request: sample libraries sources

Hello all. I know of two places where you can buy sample cd's. Soundsonline.com and audiomidi.com. BUT could everyone here post adresses elsewhere you can get samples from?
    anything....anywhere.

I use gigastudio so gig files is the best thing or maybe akai...

The things I can recall I need is steel drums, mandolin, accordian, distortion guitar....... I want ALOT of sampled instruments but have a hard time finding them.

Please share your knowledge of online sample providers...

Also, what brass is suitable for making jazz? Except the SAM libraries which I hear is to "filmmusic" like...

    Thank you!

    Hello Audun,

I think in Europe BestService is one of the better resellers.

    www.bestservice.de

They have demo sound clips for most CD's.

PS: please edit your profile, so that we can see you're from Norway

    jacksmusicstore.com
    midi-classics.com

I have had great experiences with both of these stores. Low prices and great customer service.

Only, they hate England, thats why they dont ship there. Not the european unity we like to see.

Time and Space and Arbiter (spelling?) are UK based ones.

    In England:

    http://www.samples4.com/catalog/

In the U.S. there's TrueSpec Systems:

    http://www.truespec.com/index.shtml

    BigFishAudio:

    http://www.bigfishaudio.com/

    and Ilio:

    http://www.ilio.com/

Don't know what any of their overseas shipping policies are, though.
