    New J-Slap'n Fingered & R.S.P. '73 demo

80'ties Jazz Funk with Scarbee J-Slap'n Fingered and R.S.P. '73

"Midnite" is a typical instrumental jazz funk tune - as it sounded in the good old eighties with reference to Mezzoforte, Casiopea, Shakatak and Level 42", says danish musician Oerva.

"I used EQ and compression on the Scarbee J-Slap'n Fingered 1 (bridge Pickup solo) to give it that metallic bright bass sound that was so popular at that time.

Listen to demo at www.scarbee.com and hear how you can also make your Scarbee bass sound!

Man, that takes me right back. Wow. Actually reminds me of early Lorber stuff in a way. The stuff that went through my mind, though, was all about the time. Sitting on the green plaid sofa with the hole in it (which we'd plugged with a picture of Steve Rudig), enjoying a few gurgle-gurgles, some tune like this cranked to 11, Sarah Koshinski in all her leggy, horny, awesome glory...good times.

    Thanks for the flashback.
