    ***Advertisments***
I hope this brings out the MICROSCOPE and all "EAGLE-EYES" at the polls and that this backfires on the rats. If there's more people examining the rats & their history of cheating during elections they may one day go the way of the Reform Party or Natural Law Party or the Marijuana Party in other words: IRRELEVANT!

Democrats playbook exposed when a leaked page was published urging operatives to lodge a "pre-emptive strike" of claiming voter intimidation, whether it's true or not.

In other words play the race card AGAIN!

Ted Halaby, chairman of the Colorado GOP said; "They want to rile up the minorities to denounce tactics that do not exist, it’s a criminal act to falsely allege something that does not exist." He called on the state Democrats to "denounce and renounce" the manual's teachings.

But Democrats, who verified as authentic the page from a playbook called "Colorado Election Day Manual: A detailed guide to voting in Colorado," said they must be pro-active to assure that minorities and all others are not scared away from the polls.

"If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a pre-emptive strike," rule No. 2 says.

Then, the manual says the operatives should issue a press release "reviewing Republican tactics used in your area or state." They should also quote "party/minority/civil rights leadership as denouncing tactics that discourage people from voting."

    The RATS playbook (YET AGAIN!):

    • Chapter 2 says: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a pre-emptive strike."

    • Operatives are directed to issue a news release "reviewing Republican tactics used in your area or state."

    • They should also quote "party/minority/ civil rights leadership as denouncing tactics that discourage people from voting."

Sounds like smart tactics to me. If you wait until after the election to be outraged, it's too late.

Each year there are people intimidated at the polls. There is a huge abount of documentary evidence of this, and I don't expect it to decrease this year.

Four years ago, they did a voter purge in Florida. The NAACP sued. The State of Florida settled out of court. They were to clean up their act for this election (but not for Jeb's election two years ago!) Didn't matter. They tried it again, but with a new twist - no Hispanic names on the list. Cute, but the Jebster's team is caught redhanded again. When will we finally enforce penalties on vote fraud?

The pre-emptive strikes are smart politics. Ans unlike Bush's premptive strikes, no women or children were murdered.

See what I mean? It's ok then? If one just ONE Replublican even brushed close to this there'd be un controllable cries, screeches, vomit-ins and protests of "FOUL FOUL!" as far as the media, the eye and Michael Moore's gut can stretch.

Just to follow up on this claim:

    http://mediamatters.org/items/200410180007

    Which says, in part:

"Conservatives distorted DNC manual to accuse Dems of dirty tricks

Following reports of a Democratic National Committee Election Day manual giving party workers advice on how to combat potential efforts to intimidate minority voters, conservative media figures repeatedly distorted the manual's content in order to claim that the Democratic Party's official policy is to make baseless allegations of voter intimidation against Republicans. In fact, the manual does no such thing; it simply advises party workers to use standard, uncontroversial communications tactics to raise public awareness about the potential for intimidation."

"Yet" in this context means that one can assume that attempts to suppress minority votes will occur.

"Pre-emptive" means to take an action to counteract an oncoming action, here, the attempt to suppress minority votes.

Given the actions in Florida in 2000, there is every reason to believe such attempts will take place, so it is only natural to anticipate them, and assume they will take place, even if they are not yet apparent. Taking such steps is exactly like building a wall before a flood strikes.
