    Can't download Kontakt

    2nd try -- On Native Instruments website, when I click on the Kontakt player update, I get the message:

    "The file /contents/downloads/unknownContentType.xul cannot be found. Please check the location and try again."

    Don't know if the fault lies with Native Instruments or with me. Incidentally, this is the GPO upgrade, isn't it?

    Yes, that is the upgrade. What browser are you using?

    Thanks, Joseph. My Netscape 7.2 was the offender, I think. After reinstalling, the download came off o.k.
    After installing the X-Custom control folder instruments in GPO-->GPO Library-->Instruments, I get wrong instruments coming up when trying to open Multis (solo instruments, instruments from wrong folders). Any suggestions?

    My duh . . . first time using, wasn't aware multis showed up as individuals within the group.
