RMX Drag & Drop not working

Just installed RMX but drag and drop deos not insert the midi file into the track. I am using Cubase SX 1.6. Everything plays perfectly in the interface and I don't think that there is anything to do other than drag and drop the file name on the left in the interface on to the midi track where RMX is assigned. Please help.

Re: RMX Drag & Drop not working

Just watched the tutorial for drag and drop and it does say that SX is supported. Is it possible that the version I am using (1.6) does not support d & d?

Slinky, its very possible that it may not be supported in your version of Cubase. The recommendations for Stylus RMX are Cubase SX 2.2.0.

    Just a thought

Dave's right. MIDI drag and drop was implemented in SX2. It isn't available in SX1.
