First of all, I've been using RMX for about a week now and I love it. A wonderful piece of software--works great with my Pro Tools set-up.

I was tweaking some drums last night with the Echoplex delay trying to get a dub sound like Lee Perry, and I was amazed at the quality of its effects section. I thought, how great would it be if this program also had a live audio input. Native Instruments just added this feature to Absynth.

If I could insert it on an audio track like any other RTAS effects plug-in, it would certainly be a powerful mixing tool as well. I'd love to try the tape saturation effect on electric bass, or the radio effect on vocals. I'm sure the effects in RMX would sound much better than a lot of highly priced ProTools plugs.

I know this sounds awfully petty--asking for more after I just received this wonderful tool--but I thought I'd put it out there. Please don't berate me. It would just be the icing on an already tasty cake.
