Do I need a GSIF(2) soundcard to run Giga 3 remotely?

I plan to run Giga 3 on a separate machine from my main DAW.

I have used Giga 2.5 on a separate machine, with the MIDI linked using MIDIoverLAN and the audio feeding back via multi-channel digital soundcards. But now I'd like if possible to do it all over Gigabit LAN, using FX Teleport, Giga Teleport, whatever.

I want to be able to take advantage of the newer features of Giga 3 on the slave machine - Gigapulse, audio input etc. To do this, will I need a card with GSIF-2 drivers on the slave machine itself? Or just on the main DAW?

    Thanks

Giga Teleport emulates a GSIF2 sound card. I'm pretty sure you don't need ANY sound card if you go this route
