    Do you need a VST wrapper to use Spectrosonics Atmosphere...

    with Sonar 3.0 Studio? What about Sonar 4.0 Producer? Thanks for your input.

    All of the Spectrasonics products are VSTs. Sonar 3 and Sonar 4 ship with the "Cakewalk VST Adapter", which will "wrap" VSTs so they can be used in Sonar.

    The most current version is 4.42

    As stated you need a wrapper. I will add that I have Triology, Atmosphere and Stylus. I have used them in Sonar 3 and Sonar 4 producer with no problems whatsoever.

    Thanks for your posts. I'm really looking forward to exploring the sounds of Atmosphere. It looks like a fantastic product. Thus far I have only used sampled instruments, but I think it's about time I got my hands on some synths.
