The AMA is still looking into STYXX's case. Doctors there said just to agree with him until they find an antidote.

I always thought it was "one whore soapin' sleigh" - they need bath products, too, ya know - more than most of us.

I don't understand Mike, do you mean 'soapin' as in "I was soapin you would call?"

The technical name for this phenomenon is "mondegreen", which is from a song, whose name slips my mind right now, but the key phrase is:

    ...and the lady mondegreen...

Now, if you can derive the actual lyrics from which that mondegreen is derived, you're an expert (for which there is also a mondegreen).

I never understood who that Parson Brown guy is in the song Winter Wonderland. Strange lyrics in that song.

The Beatles weren't the only one's that were into drugs when they wrote their material

That would be from The Bonny Earl of Murray, by Thomas Percy:

They hae slaine the earl of Murray,
and hae layd him on the green.

[Edit]: I guess I should read more carefully; it wasn't by Percy, it was just collected by him.

FWIW, 'Parson Brown' is a real minister in a nearby town. The 'gentleman' singing the song is trying to convince his date that the snowman that they just built is capable of marrying them. If she buys it, they'll go home and...

    celebrate Christmas.
