According to the PDF users guide, the use of the volume pedal also seem to be truly effective in Synful.
While the solo strings sound very good, I am not impressed with the brass at all (thin and synthy). If just the strings were available for $100-150 I might consider it.
The technology gets some brownie points, though.

I tried install in three seperate VST folders within steinberg - no go
