    Larry,

I really like this. I love how you can create almost a "perpetual motion" rhythm, but still have a strong melody. I particularly liked the way you shifted from minor to major key at :47 and then back at 1:43. Well done.

    Regards,

    Tim

From one baseball fan to another...thank you Tim.

Being from New England, you are probably a Boston Red Sox fan. Even though my Texas Rangers team has some top-notch players, they don't do very well in the standings.

Awesome! Every time I think I've heard about everything you can do with GPO, someone comes up with some amazing new piece... wow!

I agree with neoType that mix would improve if you moved the players forward a little... put us in the middle of the action dude!

Y'all are correct. I don't know what happened during the mix to shove the "musicians" to the back of the room. It could have been the Kontakt reverb, which leaves a lot to be desired. If I could get the Ambience reverb to work I would give it a try but I can't figure out how to use it as a plug-in in Sonar 3. (?)

    Thanks for listening.

    Best regards,

S'ok, my ears are probably playing tricks on me as I haven't slept.

I really like the piece! My only small nitpick is that the players seem too far back in the room mixwise and I wanna have a front row seat so to speak!

I used the standard woodwind quintet format for this one which does indeed include (French) horn. I suppose that the title should be "Woodwinds (and horn) Forever".

Indeed, Boston is my disease... It was nice to finally get a win this year. I think Texas is a better team now... Could be a good season.

    Greetings and thanks, Frank.

Thank The Lord that baseball ISN'T cricket! I tried to watch a cricket game one day but fell asleep during the first minute. Frank, Frank, Frank. Do folks still play that "game" where you live? The Brits are hard up for entertainment.

    Best regards,

    Larry A.
