In case anyone missed the first movement here is a direct link:

    I. Allegro

I highly reccomend listening to both movements in order. The third movement will also be composed in short order!

I really like this. Goes well with the first movement. Can't wait to hear the third. Did you play this (and the first movement ) in by hand? It sounds much more natural than the trio you posted yesterday.

No, I didn't play it. I think I am getting better at using GPO with Finale. I will keep practising and perhaps I can get my GPO Finale performances better! Thanks for listening. I am sitting here waiting for inspiration to strike for the third movement. The final movement is always hardest to get started.

Did you use Human Playback with Finale 2005?

Good luck for the 3rd mouvement, and congrats for the first 2!

Yes I did. I really like the Human Playback feature and I hear that the guy that developed it is very open to suggestions and is constantly working on it. It was really cool of them to put in the GPO feature. On most of my stuff I get good results. It also helps remind me to put expressions in the score more often... just like real musicians. There is nothing worse than scoring out everything and hearing a musician play it drab. So much to think of!

    Thanks for listening!

I love how the sonata is coming along so far! I especially like the melodies of the first movement. The mp3 of the second movement sounds a bit strange, as if there's too much reverb that wasn't in the first one, or maybe my ears are messed up. Composition wise, I loved it! Thanks for sharing! If I ever figure out how to play the keyboard, I'd love to be able to play this. I look forward to the next movement!
