    Good Adam.

I'd would trying adding maybe a snare drum to add a little bite to the string rhythm. Ever so light though maybe at a mf to the string forte. Also some of the brass parts after the intro sound like they could be a little better thought out instead of just sustain notes following the chord progressin.

There was also a modulation in the middle of the piece that wasn't set-up well. It just sounded like you ended one section added a non-related note and then picked up another section in a different key. Maybe it was an edit, not sure. Kind of jumped out in my ears.

    Thanks for the comments,

Jose, not sure I hear the odd transition. The snare drum however is doable.

Evan, thanks for the feedback. Also, feedback is often opinionated so do it up!

    Adam,

Enjoyed the piece, both the composition and production.

Does it have to be 2 minutes 30 long? Something you could experiment with is cutting out a few bars here and there. It might make the music more 'fast paced'. There were a few times where I felt the music really wanted to move on, but you were holding it back by repeating a section (albeit with a different orchestration or added percussion accompaniment for variety).

There's lots of interesting ideas in the piece, I really liked the ideas you introduced about 1 minute 30 seconds.

    Just my random ramblings!

    Thanks for sharing the music.

    Regards,
Don't worry about that. Everybody has there own personal taste. That's why I hate to criticize other peoples work.

I'm big on voice leading so I just like my trasitions to be smooth. Beethoven liked some of his transitions to be abrupt. Who am I to argue.

    Cheers,

    Jose
