    Larry,

Initially, I thought you were just a Techsan. Now I'm beginning to think you're something a bit (or perhaps somewhat more than a bit) special. This a great meld of Ragtime and Bach......I think.

Isn't the Internet wonderful. I can talk bollocks, all this distance away! Forgetting that; you are an amazingly prolific composer. I thought that you were just a ........ initially, but I realise that you are something very special. You are a composing machine....with so many ideas and things to write. All credit to you Larry,....there is something different about your work.....I see it now!

PS I couldn't even do this without a heart bypass operation!!

    Thanks, old chap.

Frank, what the hell is "bollocks"? When are you going to start speaking English? Crikey! You Brits are weird! Kidney pie, indeed! Yuck!

    Hmmmmmmm,

Five fourteen? 5.14 Sounds like a climber to me. I was a hard man at 5.12 in my mid twentys. Now I'm getting out of shape and can only muster a 5.9 toprope and a 5.6 lead. Oh, what age will do to you.

For those of you that understand that one, Maybe we can get together and head to the valley for some Trad, or you could come out to my stomping grounds for some good solid granite in the Tahoe and Donner areas. Jams and face abound.

Any way. Enough of my tom foolry.

Nice work larry. Your peice has a nice bounce to it. Fun to listen to.

Are you speaking English? It sounds as though you are talking about mountain climbing but I'm probably wrong.

My five-fourteen refers to the length of the piece.

Thanks for listening and thank you for the compliment.

    Regards,

    Larry A.

Thumbs up Re: "Five-Fourteen" - solo GPO Steinway piano piece

Well, all I have to say is ... where the heck did you come from? I may have asked you this before or befive, are you playing this stuff in mostly live? Wait, of course you are, I mean how could you play it in dead? You and Danielle would make an awesome duet team! Too bad she hasn’t been around.
Once again Larry you’ve made my list of tunes for my own GPO private radio.
