This is a slow Bossa-Nova inspired by Kip McGinnis's "The Bass"" I composed this composition having in mind an elegant woman sitting at a small table by a cafe in a villa waiting for her date to show up. She's the kind of lady who feels she is perfect in every way. Unfortunately her date never shows up leaving her alone thinking why as she gazes out over a small bay inlet somewhere in France.

The instrumentation features, The Bardstownaudio Imperial Borsendorfer Grand, "The Bass" and Bell Accordion. The Soprano Sax is from the JOHN REKEVICS SAXOPHONE LIBRARYI out of Donnie Christian's Shakers and Bongo samples. I would like to thank Kip McGinnis for the entire mix in Samplitude Professional and for rendering the Trumpet midi track.
