New Sound Blaster card for Laptops

    Greetings, gang.

I saw this favourably reviewed in PC Magazine (Feb 22. 2005 issue) and thought I would share it ya'll. "Desktop-Quality Sound in Your Notebook."

    It's a PCMCIA card with state-of-the-art sound output with low-latency ASIO-compatible drivers.

Read all about it at the Sound Blaster website.

Note: I do not work for Sound Blaster, I'm just passing on a tip to the GPO "mobile" users, as I am. My whole studio is on my Notebook PC. I'm planning to purchase one of these babies, and I'll let you know how it works out with GPO presently.

Considering some folks experience with them (Creative products in general), I'd be wary until I got some good reports.

    Noted.

As I said, I'll report back. Somebody's gotta be the guinea pig.
