    !
Thomann right? I've ordered a Gamelan sample cd there over a month ago. After multiple emails they still haven't shipped. Am I the only one having problems with them?

Looks like Sam Ash & R&R have it coming in for US distribution mid-April:

Kind of unusual to see a 192K digital i/o firewire option for something like this. With mic input and pre to boot.

They have it coming in April at Musik Produktiv too. Best instrument shop in Europe imho, I never get tired of buying there (unfortunately for my bank account )

I've ordered a lot of stuff from Thomann and I've been happy with the customer service. Propably your CD isn't in stock and there is only limited amount of things they can do to get it. Of course they should keep you informed. You should have it pretty fast after they have gotten it first.

    Re: CME UF8

One concern I have about the CME models is support, especially for repairs.

I also looked at the Doepfer LMK series, but I was worried about support for it also (given it is a German company and I am in the U.S.).

I ended up buying an M-Audio Keystation Pro 88 because they are well supported here in the U.S.

I wish one of the "big three" (Korg, Yamaha, Roland) would produce a killer 88-key controller-only keyboard.
