    Spoons anyone?

Anyone know where I can find some decent percussive spoons samples? I have Supreme Beats which has a Spoon set but it's just not up to par with what I need.

I'm trying to fake them with other percussive trinkets and not getting the results I'm after.

Anyhoo, if anyone knows where I can find good spoons let me know.

    Mine are all plastic...LOL

The only thing I can think of is an old soundfont that is probably impossible to find. If I do, I'll sure let you know Kays.

Well....too tight of a deadline! No time so I made my own which I offer to anyone interested in their full 24-bit Kontakt Glory!

They're ok....I really wanted those Soundgarden great spoon sounds with just the right amount of ring but this is as close as I'm going to get on this project!

Anyone who wants them...grab them here:

    Spoonman,

What a great song... though my fav on that album was "4th of July" - sends chills everytime. Glad your own spoons worked for ya - maybe we'll see these pop up in the R.A.W series at some point.

Are these the same kind of spoons the Celts used? They sound great!

I converted the files from AIFF to wave, but I don't think I'll be able to use the kontakt file in Windows. I'll program Giga files somewhere this week.

Thanks! Those a the kind of spoons that I use to scarf down jars of Nutella in one sitting!
