    Yeah,
    I'm REALLY excited!

Even though I can't hear anything......................
But that's only because my audio card isn't good enough.
I will be getting (some day ) a new computer and (hopefully) a more updated sequencer like Sonar. Right now I'm running on a more simple, earlier version of Cakewalk.

If you have a soundblaster live, google for "kx project". These are great GSIF drivers for the soundblaster. The SBLive has a higher noise floor than my expensive cards, but with these drivers it's way better than a $30 card ought to be.

It is a very nice box indeed, JF!

I hate my current card. It's a cheap soundblaster with noise like you wouldn't beleive!!
I would post an MP3 of its noise (not amplified) but I don't have a host site yet.

It's not GSIF (GISF?) card, so that's why I can't hear anything. But I'm still having lots of fun with the box!
It makes a cool sound worth sampling (that I can now do!!) opening and closing. I also want to sample some kitchen utensils that make cool noises. Like the meat tenderizer hammer (that sounds like an 'orchestral' anvil) serraded knives rubbing against each other, my washing machine makes GREAT noises, and the glorious sound of the tea kettle whisteling!
