Tomorrow is 05-05-05 - Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Tomorrow is 5-5-5. A very special Cinco de Mayo and a good reason to celebrate (save some margarita for me!)

There won't be another day like it until 6-6-6

    A day when Americans will write 05/05/05 . . . and Europeans will write 05/05/05 . . . it will be awesome!

And tomorrow we're listening to Beethoven's entire 9th symphony in class! Woohoo! (I guess it should be the fifth?)

I'll be taking two of my three cats to the vet for annual checkups: not too awfully exciting!

I think it's just a little bit too "coincidental" that Cinco de Mayo just happens to fall on the fifth of May every year.

Yeah -- I've been suspicious of this for years, myself.

I mean... think about it: what are the odds?

Shouldn't it be cinco de cinco de Mayo? And Markleford -- you couldn't borrow two more cats and make it "cinco de gato de cinqo de Mayo"?

George Mason University . . . but the class I mentioned isn't a music class (for alas, I can play no instrument . . . ). It's a general arts class part of the Honors program.
