I hear a lot about the promise of audio over LAN, and I guess it defeats the purpose of dedicated interfaces........but I'm wondering if anyone is using it successfully, and if so what are the particulars. Thanks
Some time ago I downloaded the FX Teleport trial software, and I found it a bit unstable on 100Base-T when the link was shared with other network traffic (browser to web). I'd recommend a dedicated Gigabit link between machines with other links to your router.
You would want to get your system configured right first (adapters, Cat-6 wire, etc) and then download the trial software to check it out.
