Every time I try to use full kontakt I get an error message and it shuts down. I open, load a sample, play a note and "Kontakt exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." There is a "send error report" to Microsoft.
Now, all of a sudden I can't use full kontakt. Is this an upgrade issue? I am currently using 1.5.3.
You are right and unfortunately the sample that seems to have the problem involves the Musical Box download. Every time I load a sample and try to play, Kontakt issues the error then shuts down. Kontakt works with any other I load with no problems.
