    The Bar

No, not the drinking kind, the quality kind...

I don't want to sentimentalize it (which is hard, listening to Roberto's lovely oboe piece) but I wanted to say that specifically this forum has inspired and driven me to work harder in music than I've ever done, and to (attempt) levels of quality of composition, orchestration and production that I'd never dreamed of.

    To the future!

    Thanks y'all,

    -John

    'awksley,

It is a criminal offense, punishable by several years of incarceration and torture, for a Brit to openly use the compound word "y'all". This is reserved for Southern United Staters according to the terms of the Treaty of Ghent.

    To the future!

Typically, when I perceive that the bar has been raised, I can usually rectify the situation by climbing back up on the barstool, which brings it a little closer to eye level again.
