    This Mare has the Vapors

This mare has the vapors. (what in blazes does that mean?)

This is the fourth and penultimate movement of Lunar Scenes Suite for piano.

This is very picturesque. I enjoyed your transition between your single line melody into the chordal movement, creating slight tension, as if viewing the light and dark scapes of the moon from the vista of a slow moving satellite. This is a nice piece.

    Best,
    Cheers!

There was a slang term/coloquialism twenty or thirty years ago, where a person who was in some frame of mind, I don't know what frame, was said to have the vapors. I have no idea of the origin of the saying, and this was the first time I used it, and that only to make a play on Mare Vaporum, Sea of Mists.

Well, I am happy that you liked it. Thank you and Paula for your kind words.

    Richard
