2 new cues for Half Life 2 mod..

    Hey guys,

Just finished these two up today.. thought I'd post them. Both are small pieces of music for one of the Half Life 2 mods Im scoring called Nightfall.

This one has those media ventures elements we all know and love (some of us anyway), also some Goldsmith sounding synth work (been listening to Extreme Prejudice alot lately):

This one is definately Goldsmith all the way...

    Libs used:
Atmosphere for all synths and bass (LOVE this lib)
    VOTA for the male choir
    Project sam for all brass
    Stormdrum for all drums
And... all of the strings are from the Kirk Hunter Virtuoso lib... just got these a couple of weeks ago and have been really impressed, best $50 Ive ever spent.. especially for the violin patches (namely the fast attacks heard in Ambush) figured this gig was the perfect one to try them out on. Enjoy!

    Good Stuff Rich!!

What did you use for the synths?

Edit: hehehe...I used to actually read posts before I responded, but that got boring.... I love Atmosphere.

If i were to buy and use the string samples and use them in Kontakt 2 which would be the best sample to use in Kontakt2? AKAI or GIGA or one of the otherones...
