Best way to create .gig files from .wavs

Hi all, I am finally getting into creative a big sample library on my pc and have been able to create .gigs files from CD's from within gigastudio and it is pretty easy and I was hoping I could do the same thing with .wav files on my hard drive buit have not figured out how. the gsedit application is pretty clunky .I am using gigastudio 2.5.

It used to be on http:// www.glasstrax.com/Tips/giggatips/newgigs2.html, a simple and sure way of doing it. If you can not find it, let me know, somehow I could get it to you. I used this with Gigasampler 96, I do not see why it would not work on GS3.

If you just need a basic "one wav file per key" instrument, Distributed Wave is easy. Just drag & drop the wav files and Save As .gig.

    Thanks guys.
I remember that site but forgot where it was.

    That will work perfectly.

Ok. I tried the one way and all I got was just one sample repeated for each key. What am I doing wrong?

Also how to access Distributed Wave and use it?
