On Page 95 it states "Trombone Pitchbend = +/- 6 Semitones". At present it appears to be +/- 2. (Perhaps another cut and paste job?) See the thread "Club JABB > ARIA Pitch Bend Range".
... Oh, but perhaps that's an error in Aria, not in the manual.
In any case, if you want to convert the current version to the more useful +/- 6, Pascal Maheux has kindly explained how in the thread quoted above. It involves editing the XML Bank file, but it is really easy, so courage mes enfants.

The note at the bottom of Page 100 about creating customized ensemble files, while strictly correct, is misleading. It is also possible to create ensemble files from the plug-in version in the same way, and that has the advantage that your chosen output assignments will be saved with it (you don't get such a choice with the standalone version).
Disclaimer: I have only checked the AU; I am just assuming the VST version works the same way.
