    "Baroquen Heart" - Larry Alexander

    Boys and Girls,

This is my "Baroquen Heart". There is quite a lot of counterpoint involved. By the way, there is nothing "Baroque" about it.

It is all GPO including two string sections, clarinet, bassoon, oboe, flute, horn, bass 'bone and Gagliano violin.

    My best to all,

    Larry A.

OK, I was wondering what was going on with the violins an octave off.
    Wonderful counterpoint!
    Excelent composition!!
I must ask--why did you use two string sections? That's a BIG string section!
Also, there seems to be a bit of a distortion problem, but that could be because I'm listening on cheap computer speakers.
    Delightful piece!

I hear just a hint of distortion also. It could be the fault of the .wav to mp3 converter that I am using. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and thanks for your comments, young dude.

Wow, great string sound you got on this, Larry.

Much more lush than is usual for you, and I like it!

If you back off the double basses a tad, I think you may kick off that hint of distortion, by the way.
