Actually, that would be pretty cool. What approach would you like to take? The theme I just submitted is rather contemporary baroquish so I am not sure it would fit the bill. We can start from scratch. Do you have a chord progression in mind? Let me know your thoughts. We can do this through PM if you don't want to give away any surprises.

    Hi Paula,

I did get the theme you had submitted, but if you Foster want to work together to create complimentary themes through private messaging or something, I think that would be exciting

Sorry 88Fingers in french spleen means "to be in low spirits", "se sentir triste".

Whereas spleen in english means something like the Tom's reply

I'm just happy I got a whole three votes. I thought my piece would be way too far off the wall to get any votes. I will try the next challenge and let every one know out there that what ever you attempt to write for the challenge should be posted for all to hear. It's all a learning experience. Heck I even learned what spleen means in french! Of course Saties markings in his music were quite strange as well like, " With the tip of your thought, Postulate within yourself or my favorite, On the tongue." Must loose meaning in translation from french, like spleen.

Any hoot, just looking forward to the next challenge. I shall try no matter how hard it may be or how bad I may fail.

Well, as I sit here with a ol' grin on my face, I hope our collaboration is something you'll all be pleased with.
