Standard drum kit notation & JABB

The JABB drum kits don't assign the specific kit components to the lines and spaces typically used for drumset notation. For ex., snare drum traditionally is placed on the C space, bass drum on F (with percussion clef reading like treble clef), etc. Is there a way to re-assign the JABB kit pitches to adhere to universal drum kit notation so my playbacks (Finale 2006) from my single jazz drum staff are accurate? Thank you.

You have two options (as far as I know):

    1. Edit the Finale drum map - fairly easy
    2. Use the one of the GM patches in JABB
