Does anyone have experience buying from companies that custom build (or have pre-built) dedicated music PCs?

I know a bit about computers, but to be honest, not nearly enough to trust myself building my own. And I love the security of knowing I can call tech service if I need to. So as I'm planning on upgrading my home studio I'm looking at pre-built, music-tweaked music PCs like MusicXPC ( and the ones where you can custom-pick your parts and they tweak and build it for you, like PC Audio Labs (

Has anyone else gone this route? Were the machines up to snuff, and were the tweaks and service really worth it? So you know, I'm planning on running sequencers and sample libraries, but nothing staggeringly large at this point: mostly Sonar 5, GPO, JABB, and whatever other inexpensive libraries I can afford.
