    Celebration of Spring

    Hi Everyone!

I have just completed this little musical poem to celebrate the arrival (well almost....) of spring. I would like to share it with anyone who wants to listen .

I recorded this piece, playing directly from the score in Overture4, which in my opinion, is the best invention since the wheel .

    Thank you for listening.

it's a true romantic piece. Your skills in historical compositions are amazing.

Mais je n'ai encore compris que est que tu fais a Taipei, en parland Francais et Anglais (et Latin aussi...;-). Est tu Francais ou Chinois?

As tu etoudie a Taiwan? (...oui, je sais, mon Francais c'est mieux parle que ecrit!)

    Doesn't matter, wonderful.

Ciao, ubi bona musica, ibi et felicitas.

    Louis! This is absolutely superb!

This is -- you've got me breathless, Louis, and you've taken all my words. For heaven's sake, man, if you're going to write with this kind of excellence and scope, I need to be forewarned!

May I leave it at this:

Wow, I'd say late classical/early romantic; very cinematic. This is a wonderful piece. Your patience with the themes and instruments is impressive and lend greatly to the overall quality and impact of the piece. Your use and timing of the brass is excellent. Very, very, good job.

    Re: Celebration of Spring

Wow, again, I had to add a little extra. The brass line at 3:49 is so moving, powerful, and a little dark. I like that... not what one would expect from spring. I really like that. Wonderful job...
