My first JABB... a work in progress

Lots more to do to make it more human, and to expand on the arrangement, but ready to share for some opinions and ideas.

It's a 120bpm latin tune that features alto sax (with short trumpet and piano solos too)... the rhythm section actually comes from my K2 library, but all the horns (big band) are from JABB.

    Top-flight, Rich!

Super job on this -- you're really getting JABB down.
(Wish I was... lol.) Some really keen touches and
    nuances in this.

Very fine writing/arranging in this, too -- thoroughly
enjoyed listening to this, several times through in fact.

    Keep 'em coming...

    Rich:

Excellent JABB creation. Everything sounds so "lively" and "live." The horns have great vibrato, the arrangement has great dynamic levels, and the percussion is awesome.

You K2 percussion library really makes this piece, but I gotta admit, the JABB horns and piano were so well done.

One of the best I have heard yet with the JABB library.

Nice Piece and a very inventive arrangement.

    Superb drums and percussion.

Controlling the vibrato in JABB can be a bit of a beast, but attention to the finer details really pays off.

Great stuff, man, keep it up.!!

Thanks folks. I suspect I'll move the bass, piano and drums to JABB too, but it was just easier to do with the instruments I was a little more familiar with (JABB only arrived Thursday night).

I've made some changes, hopefully for the better. Still not sure about the reverb, but I'm mostly happy with the rest of it now... time to give my ears a rest from it.
