JABB Finale Human Playback Tutorial

Okay, your site finally loaded after several days of trying. Nice tutorial. Could you tell me how to get all of those articulations to load? I have about half of those in my library. Maybe you could just send me your library if they are not factory selections. Thanks.

Okay, I just extracted them from your Finale file. I'd still like to know if you created all of them or if they are somewhere within Finale, though.

A real pearl amongst the oyster shells of life. Not only informative but easy for us old folks to follow. Is there something similar for Kontakt2 and Finale?

I was actually able to apply portamento with this technique (the expression tool) to GPO violins, HOWEVER, I had to add the expression to teh note I wanted the little slide up to, rather than apply to the note FROM which it slid.

In other words, the "port 55" expression went ON the C#, and the "port off" expression went on the subsequant note.

I'll play around with it and try to apply a bit to one of my orchstral pieces to see how it works.

Hi everyone,

I've done some work progressing a tutorial on using Finale 2006 Human Playback with JABB - although most (if not all) principals should apply to GPO as well.

The finished version is HERE

[NOTE: 3rd October 2006 - after a couple of problems with my ISP, the tutorial is back on line.]

Any feedback - good and bad - is appreciated.

Does anyone have a location where I can download this tutorial?
