Don't think there are any. The ones that are available are probably just phrases.
Very, very difficult to make a convinsing multisampled instrument.
Best thing for you would probably be to bring in a live guitarist.

I can not imagine how to sample a slide guitar except with phrases.

The best way to simulate a slide guitar is to play any guitar sample with a
    ribbon controller like the doepfer:

Just change pitch to 7-12 halftones and its fun to play

Hans Zimmer Guitars vol.2 has a really cool Lap Steel guitar....which is another name for "slide guitar":

Has sampled bends and also works great with your own bending techniques....very smooth sound.

    Hi,
Doepfer quote a price for the ribbon controller + manual and another for just the ribbon controller.
I trust that "manual" means the hardware that comes with it, so what's the deal, can you use the ribbon without the extra hardware?

Yes, its 260 € for two pieces of hardware, the ribbon and the controller box.
You need both. Thy are connected with a standard USB-cable but never
plug this cable into a regular USB-port, unless you want to buy a new one anyway. ;-)
The connection from the controller-box to your equipment is midi.

There is another ribbon-controller by kurzweil, thats even cheaper.
but I don't know if it works standalone. I think it needs a kurzweil PS2 keyboard.
No information on the kurzweil website anymore.
