    "Woodwind Quartet Number Three"

    Music People,

This is a revisit to my "Woodwind Quartet Number Three", for flute, oboe, clarinet and bassoon that I first posted a couple of years ago. Here is a portion of the first of three movements.

All instruments are from the GPO sample library.

    Regards,

    LGA

    Larry,

Did you change the reverb? It could be that I am listening on my studio monitors... either way this sounds really great!! That ending was great as well... very whimsical!

As [B]always[B], you have an uncanny ability to write infectious melodies. Your use of continuous motion is refreshing to my ears!

    A pleasure,
    Paul

Change the reverb? I believe that I did. It's not the same as the original mixdown.

Many thanks for listening, Memphis Dude. I certainly appreciate it.

Be careful with those infectious melodies of mine. You may have to take antibiotics.

Very nice piece Larry, I enjoyed it thoroughly. Well organized, smoothly moves from moment to moment. Enhanced by the woodwind quartet scoring.

Whatever you did, you certainly hit the mark, Larry.
    Sounds great, to me.

As always, your woodwind writing is some of your best
work. Fine piece, and a handsome listen. Like the
little flip on the end... lol.

When are we going to be treated to another Sosnowski opus?

    Welcome, Larry; my pleasure.

Soon, I hope; perhaps later in August... I'm in the latter
part of a sister to The Realization Of Light. But don't hold
your breath... lol. Remember, Larry -- what you write
whilst brushing your teeth usually takes me a good month
    or two...

    Best,
